湖北省丹江口丹传汽车传动轴有限公司是一家专业化生产汽车零部件产品的股份制企业，公司地处道教圣地武当山下、南水北调中线工程水源地的丹江口市区，毗邻车城十堰市，公司始建于1950年，1985年开始为东风公司配套生产汽车零部件，1986年加入东风汽车集团，2003年改制为股份制企业。公司占地面积27万㎡，建筑面积21万㎡，注册资本10000万元，现有固定资产3.5亿元。员工1200名，产品研发人员148名。并与湖北工业大学、湖北汽车工业学院等国内知名学院进行产、学、研方面的合作。公司拥有各类生产设备550余台套，检测设备40余台套，检验检测手段齐全，与湖北省质量检验检测中心保持紧密合作关系。

公司下设传动轴总成装配厂、传动轴零件加工厂、铸钢厂、精密铸造厂、丹传置业五个独资分厂和一个中美合资爱科公司。公司有近三十年从事汽车及工程机械传动轴技术的生产与研发历史。对汽车传动轴总成、工程车传动轴总成具有较强的研发能力和生产能力。并对载重车整铸铸钢桥、底盘零部件、汽车转向传动装置等都具有很成熟的设计开发、生产、销售业绩。丹传置业的房地产开发销售为丹传传动轴主业技术装备投入提供了有力保障。

公司主导产品传动轴总成覆盖重型车、斯太尔、工程车、SUV等8个系列1500余个品种；各类转向传动装置40余个品种；整体铸造的铸钢桥壳和重型车平衡悬架总成10余个品种；军车、重型车铸钢件190多种；精密铸钢件80多个品种。公司现具备年产汽车传动轴80万套、铸钢桥30000套、平衡悬架18000套、铸钢件10000吨、精密铸造件5000吨、汽车零件800万件的生产能力。

公司投资2.6亿元，在丹江口经济开发区征地260亩建设新厂区，新厂区采用国内外先进的温锻、冷挤、摩擦焊、尼龙涂敷等新技术、新工艺以及自动化生产线。新厂建设主要以提升商用车传动轴和工程车传动轴产品质量、领军和超越国内传动轴技术含量为投资主体思想。高起点投资定位乘用车传动轴为目标。项目达产后，可实现商用车及工程车传动轴100万套、乘用车传动轴40万套的年产销能力。

The company invested 260 million yuan to build a new factory area in Danjiangkou Economic Development Zone with 260 mu of land requisitioned. The new factory area adopts domestic and foreign advanced new technologies, new processes and automatic production lines such as warm forging, cold extrusion, friction welding and nylon coating. The main idea of the new plant construction is to improve the product quality of commercial vehicle transmission shaft and engineering vehicle transmission shaft, lead and surpass the technical content of domestic transmission shaft.
