目前公司员工50余人，带动种植农户及就业人员200人。有专业技术人员12名，长期从事食用菌研究和生产技术指导，并培养了很多新生技术骨干，为公司的长远发展奠定了坚实基础。

一、建设研发中心

公司投资500万元，建设食用菌研发中心200㎡，搭建研发团队，依靠科学技术力量，目前已研发“千宝一号”及“千宝二号”两个新菌种。公司可年产菌种50万斤，菌种生产已满足自身需求，且可满足部分市场需求。

二、加工生产菌棒

公司进行技术改造、提档升级，新上自动化菌棒生产线项目，使食用菌菌棒年自动化生产能力达到1000万筒，目标计划达到年产2000万筒，可带动5000农户发展食用菌生产，可创收入2.4亿元，户平种植4000筒，年收入5万元，纯利润2.5万元。促进产业做大做强，助力乡村振兴，带动劳动力就近就业，将食用菌产业打造成为主导产业。

三、基地示范种植

千宝食用菌农业科技试验示范基地基地建于2019年11月，公司兴建食用菌种植基地，带动脱贫户参与种植和市场流通。投资5000万元，流转土地120亩，兴建连栋温控养菌出菇棚6000平方米，兴建春、秋栽香菇种植简易大棚8000平方米，反季节香菇种植简易大棚8000平方米，农户自种香菇大棚15000平方米，并完善水、电、路、沟、生活、生产等必要的配套设施。公司目前四个基地年种植香菇菌棒300万筒，年产干香菇120万斤，带动基地农户增收3000万元，已帮助周边乡镇1000余建档立卡贫困户实现了脱贫致富。

四、回收产品加工出口

公司实行产品创新转型升级，启动香菇智能分拣挑选、烘烤杀菌、真空包装等初加工产业，先后引进香菇自动智能化分拣线、蒸汽抹面、烘干设备、自动包装机、低温冷链库等设备，提高产品附加值，年可加工、生产、出口香菇2000吨，出口创汇可达1500万美元。公司立足于传统农业食用菌种植，逐步发展为集种植、加工、销售、出口为一体的种产销全产业链公司。公司现有香菇成品库存200吨，计划出口泰国、马来西亚、欧美等地。

3、Demonstration planting base

Qianbao edible fungi agricultural science and technology experimental demonstration base was built in November 2019.
