公司老厂占地22亩，建筑面积15000余平方米，由于不能满足生产需求和逐渐城镇化的厂区现状，2014年公司斥资1.05亿元，在襄阳食品工业园（双沟镇）投资新建襄阳三珍生态农业有限公司（注册资金3000万元），新厂占地66亩，新建标准化厂房20000平方米，仓库15000平方米，冷库5000平方米，办公研发综合楼3000平方米，可年产橡籽仁4000吨，橡籽淀粉1000吨，各类橡子食品3000吨，芝麻、苏子原料精加工出口3000吨，芝麻油1500吨，该项目一期工程2016年8月已全面建成并投产，二期项目在2020年建设完成。年产值可实现1.5亿元，其中出口1500万美元。
